Park Art

One of my favorite things about living in Manhattan is the art installations they do in Madison Square Park.  The summer I moved here, it was treehouses (awesome).  Last summer it was creepy man statutes stationed throughout the park and on stop of surrounding buildings (creepy awesome).  This winter it has been this cool light installation by Jim Campbell called “Scattered Light.”  Check it out:

There is a lot of uproar over a certain Super Bowl ad this year, but I really feel like that commercial is nowhere near as offensive as the one depicted below.  I mean, I cannot believe that this commercial called this woman a red head!  Clearly she is a brunette who added red highlights.  Come on people!
